ippudu AMRDA projects completion ki 15K crs ela tisukosthunadu Jagan, same way he gone bring money to Vizag and Kurnool too, Amaravati lo entha ayithe invest chesinaro Ap govt. is going to invest same amount of money in Vizag and Kurnool too, here capital means money, they are spreading money  or you can call projects or 9 capitals which CBN proposed equally to Amaravati, Vizag and Kurnool, this is decentralization.
