1,2,3 - Already doing (for now, bf is skipped but once I reach my goal weight breakfast and dinner will be my meals of the day)

4 - okay good idea, im gonna start it.

5 - except db, I spend hardly 5 mins on other SM apps. Will stay away from db as well soon.

6 - Yupp. I like to talk to people who talk about tech, career and such .. so I guess I am not wasting my time so far having unnessary convo with people. 

7 - I watch YT for tech tutorials. I am a visual learner. 

8- No, my family is annoying (mom dad)😾 I love to stay away from them. My boy friend is cool though.

9 - I jog, walk everyday in park. I love it. 
 

10 - Good idea, will do that :) 

11 - Thank You

 

TIP: I think you need to work on no. 5 😂 like me ..

No need this guide as my way of living is the way of living 

it can never be affected by something said by someone somewhere online

but still would appreciate the guidance is someone is giving a good thing

but the above mentioned points are all good and I follow 50% of them already so I am going to accept and follow.

Nice post 5th one is real but difficult to do rest is what I do everyday

If you get rid of number 5 then your are set for life but that’s the hardest thing.

I have given up on improving , just trying to get by , only trying to 'maintain' health

just switch off and act like there is no charger 

start slowly

day one - 4 hours

day two - 3 hours

so on and so forth

never stop because that is dangerous

no matter how small but just even a bit should be good enough @Peddayana
