Just keep laptop & Phone bit away from you...

On phone if using try using other things not mail app...

same disease here. May be due to lockdown & WFH. No new movies, Rubbish YT videos kuda reason undochu, news ante kuda virakthi tho office mails ye life ayipoyindhi.

Disable notifications from office outlook or any other type of email... I used to have the same bad habit, now I’m happily got rid of it and checking only when need it.

same boat lo unde nenu kooda, avasaram unna lekunna chooskuntunde, lucky ga ippude edo MFA issue tho emails in phone not working, so akkade odilesa, ala aina stop cheyochu ani. 

Try to remove email config from phone. if it is ofc phone, try to put it away.

Naa personal phone and google based email.

Hopefully I'll get rid of this habit somehow. Edaina email vasthe I respond immediately.
