This going down crazy.  All are in agreement (except for Cramer) that stocks going up based on a stock split is crazy.  The value of the stock is the same and with availability to buy partial share, it makes no sense.  So based on that, you could say the same based on a reverse split.  What changed when it was trading at .80 to now .60?  Only a positive, which is KTOV will not be delisted but remain on the Nasdaq.  If they came out will delay or FDA denial, Ok.  But this is a positive for KTOV, and given some upcoming good news, watch out

lol are you for real or trolling? Penny stocks compliance kosam chese RS is same as Blue chip stock splits? If you see no difference between the two, trading isnt for you man.

i didnt say any about diff, after all everyone strive for money, its a nice pharmacy company and chances for this making big is high, 

ts didnt specifically say about normal splits or rs, since i have been following this stock close, i knew its heading rs this month, there quite a good chances for this one to make it big after the split,

nuvu cheppe ktov gurinchi naku idea vundi..almost 3-4 months nunchi will be big antaru adi ekkadiki podu..one time it touched 1$ and then back to below $. KTOV is heavily shorted. Don't invest much in it.

Man penny stocks are pump and dumps. RS chese main reason is for compliance and to issue more shares after RS.
