best thing to do is... have girl kids. because girl kids don't need to be taken care of, the mom can chase a career. two birds one stone.

most jobs in this system can be done by high school students.

now they have made women crave to join this system too..

women usually worked as hard as the men in pastoral societies. even in earliest industrial societies women slaved in factories for less pay than men.

that women should stay back and take care of the kids is a purely upperclass bourgeois notion.

kids will be fine without the constant 'love' of the parents after a certain age. I think there's something far more sinister at work here.
