ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేసిన రాష్ట్రపతి కార్యాలయం

ఏపీలోని తూర్పుగోదావరి జిల్లా సీతానగరంలో సంచలనం రేపిన శిరోముండనం కేసులో మరో పరిణామం చోటుచేసుకుంది. కేసు దస్త్రాన్ని కేంద్ర సామాజిక న్యాయశాఖకు బదిలీ చేస్తూ రాష్ట్రపతి కార్యాలయం ఆదేశాలిచ్చింది. అత్యవసర కేసుగా పరిగణించి సత్వర విచారణ జరపాలని నిర్దేశించింది. ఈ మేరకు రాష్ట్రపతి కార్యదర్శి అశోక్‌కుమార్‌ ఆదేశాలిచ్చారు. నక్సలైట్‌గా మారేందుకు అవకాశమివ్వాలంటూ గతంలో బాధితుడు ప్రసాద్‌ రాష్ట్రపతికి లేఖ రాశాడు. ఈ అంశాన్ని పరిశీలించాలని ఏపీ జీఏడీ సహాయ కార్యదర్శి జనార్దన్‌బాబుకు రాష్ట్రపతి కార్యాలయం ఆదేశించింది. అనంతరం జనార్దనబాబును తాను సంప్రదించినా స్పందనలేదని బాధితుడు ప్రసాద్‌ వాపోయాడు. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో కేసు దస్త్రాన్ని కేంద్ర సామాజిక న్యాయశాఖకు బదిలీ చేస్తూ తాజాగా రాష్ట్రపతి కార్యాలయం నుంచి ఆదేశాలు వెలువడ్డాయి.
