Jilchika Posted August 20, 2020 Report Posted August 20, 2020 If you are able to do your job peacefully without any interruptions then it is only possible due to your manager taking care of unnecessary distractions in the background. Technical managers do tons of work compared to individual contributors. I don’t know about people who are only people managers though. Quote
