H1 to f4 conversion doubt

I m on h1 and my wife  on h4

if my Wife converts to f1 (student) and I convert to f2 (dependent) Due to visa issues  then can I continue my employer Health insurance for 18 months under cobra policy ?

Immigration, cobra related kaadu naaku telisi. So you should be able to, but check with your company if they will still pay their contribution or you have to pay the complete premium.
