all the time.. they do it proudly... tough to expose... as they will be careful with words... but the only reason you cant buy or invest in a property there is you dont belong to the community or caste...

 

and moreover.. it wont be straight forward.... you will spend a good month or 2 before you understand things aren't moving...

I know some villa and apartment projects in and around Gandipet, Kokapet 100% of the occupants are Rs. It's an unspoken rule that they don't sell to nonRs.
