1. cost of buying is high

2.rents are very low,

3. maintenance is high,

So never invest in the **Things** that you cant manage by yourself ...PERIOD.....

Things may look good for sometime but will quickly turn ugly in no time.

better to invest in big cities if it is rental income type of investment.

Put it in Market in USA, and when ever you want to move back it is easy conversion and take it back.....

the otherside is always shiny...but when you go there you will see how ugly it is...
