2014 onwards.. EB1 misuse skyrocketed.. resulting in no spillover coming to Eb2/EB3, sudden ga ~24K for Eb2 ninchi dropped to 3K (max few hundred spillover).. thanks to Gobama..he also made some changes to spillover rules somewhere around same time..EB1C was a backchannel created for consulting companies by Dems, 40K managers needed from outside US to manage things is joke of the century, there are more managers coming in than developers , US is the lang of management, technical people vacharante ardham undi..
