crossing the school bus

Naa mundala okadu stop ayina school bus ni cross chesadu (left side)...driver horn press chesadu when the car passed the bus...what are the consequences? guarantee ticket?

Ticket endi they will cuff you in chains (from top to bottom!) and bokkalo vestar.

The only time you can pass a stopped school bus with a stop sign is when it is on a 4 lane road and the bus is on the other side of the road.

the number of lanes dont matter , if two sides of the traffic are separated by a non passable median  , only then the oncoming traffic dont need to stop  for a school bus stopped in the opposite way.

same direction traffic always needs to stop , not stopping or overtaking  is a driving offense

It may be so in your state. In my state, it is passing only if it is a 4 lane street
