travel insurance visting usa

hi folks,

please suggest some budget friendly travel insurance for parents visiting usa. don't know which is the best one , i heard about insubuy.com, inf-elite.com but not sure if they really cover any pre-existing conditions. 

any suggestions will be helpful.

just google, all of those are pretty much same, 

put high deductible, and low coverage, if you feel you dont need extensive hospital visits, 

you should get a quote of around 90$ for a couple per month..
