Evaro okka IAS ni choosi atta andarini antey Etta vayya.  Like every other govt officials, ias's kooda lanchalu thisukuntaru kontha Mandi. In most of the cases they still need a rubber stamp from some one else. 

I know one case where IAS was waiting for final approval from concerned minister which did not happen from 6+ months. Sudden ga cm involve ayyi delay ayinanduku IAS ni media mundu dobbadu.

I don't agree with this statement bro ,why they should be powerful,they are not accountable to people,they are not people representatives,they just got a job in Sarkar ,they are not Sarkar ,they should be dummies ,but quick dummies that's what people wants
