any supplements for pre and post workouts  ?

Gym lo work out time lo....energy ekkuva undadaiki....

100% whey protein working aa...for u ?

I'm only working with gym machinery ....is that fine?

Or only Dumbbell or pull ups , push ups cheyyala ?

I used whey protein which has minimum ingredients...100% whey gold protein...

Exercises: Try to do as much free weights as you can instead of machinery.. Of course I did Cardio most of the time and free weights, did TRX training for a while...Use machinery wherever free weights is not possible ..I used both machinery and free weights..For biceps...i always used free weight dumbells only...

naaku BCAA's baaga panichesedhi during work outs.....

Pre ekkuva theesukone vaadini kaadhu.... mostly food ey

but post vacchi protein shake with gatorade(dextrose) theeskukunevaadini...

Only machines saripodhu bro...eppudu complete workout should include all

be it body weight exercises to compound to isolated movements...

So mix and match buddy....try it out and learn about ur body..

It's all about mind muscle connection build that first
