Beginner ithe don’t take any supplements for 2 months. Start with 30 mins weight training and 30 mins cardio every day. Beginner gains easy eppudinaa. After that, 2 servings black coffee as preworkout try cheyyi if you can. I use GAT Nitraflex pre workout. Chaalaa nasty pump vuntadhi but in a good way. You dont feel like leaving gym even after 2 hours. post workout, take 30 to 35 grams protein shake. You can try ON gold whey. BCAA and glutamine antaru but maree ekkuva supplements waste ani naa feeling. 0.6 grams protein per pound body weight per day and 100 grams fat per day teesukunte enough. mirchi_bajji Posted August 23, 2020 Report Posted August 23, 2020 routine is important. if you cant go to gym some day...do push ups or crunches at home.(do allocate the same time that you do at gym). evem brisk walking will do. dont ever stop doing some form of workout because your routine failed. keep allocating time to some form of exercise . all the best.
