Akkada nunchi connecting flight unda to HYB ventane ??

Probably you need to under go thermal screening and should give self declaration & also keep a RT-PCR test report handy with you before starting journey from US...

ticket already book chesa round trip 

and delhi lo 9 hrs layover undi and then hyd ki flight 

but my biggest concern is delhi lo quarantine and if they will let me go .. hyd lo elagho rules batti follow avtham

No issues but would say have a RT-PCR test done before travel and have report handy with you this will probably help in smooth passage,with in 4 days of travel start date chesthe better..Delhi lo thermal screening chesi chustaru may be you will have to wait in lounge, they will guide you shouldn't be a issue those point are mentioned in that guidelines.

Delhi lo T3 nunche eh ga connecting flight ??
