* 3-5 years using QTP; Ability to develop Automation framework
* Experience in QTP 10.0, QC 10.0
* Experience automating Web applications and Client Server applications
* Custom Library development, Descriptive programming, VB Scripting in QTP
* Ability to integrate QTP scripts into Quality Center
* Ability to manage, maintain and troubleshoot test execution
* Ability to develop custom error handling, recovery scenarios and reporting methods
* Ability to make retrieve, update data in database (My SQL, DB2) through automation
* Ability to work with a group of automation engineers and manual testers
* Good communication skills
