GC was never stopped as you mentioned.. nee employer cheyakapothey ikkada memem cheyagalam.. you have to discuss it with him.. nee H1 enni years ayyindi anna daani batti escalate cheyi.. ippatiki tech industry lo lay off levu.. avi vastayi ani naa prediction.. avi vastey kanaka needi inka delay avutundi.. because you cannot apply for PERM if there are lay off in your company in the recent past.. push maatram cheyyi etti paristhitullo..

There was never a ban for employment based GC. Only family based GCs ki ban, that too for people who are outside country. But

Some companies might not start GC now since offices are closed, they might not prefer doing ad's and interviews needed for PERM/labor.
