I guess he is hardly 5 yrs younger than KTR. 

But what is praiseworthy here is, he is way(63 years younger) than PV Narasimha Rao and achieved greater knowledge(or "stuff" in this context) than what PVNR did with his knowledge/stuff in 1991 being 70 year old at that time.

I think we are missing a point..he can talk in English in public..there is nothing wrong in it.definitely it attracts youth..we need youth votes..remaining categories will be with us with TDP legacy..

Naidu son shapes TDP manifesto

Nara Lokesh, the US-educated son of Telugu Desam Party (TDP) supremo N. Chandrababu Naidu has drafted a novel scheme in the party’s manifesto as part of his training to join politics.

Nara Lokesh, the US-educated son of Telugu Desam Party (TDP) supremo N. Chandrababu Naidu has drafted a novel scheme in the party’s manifesto as part of his training to join politics.

Lokesh, who worked briefly with the World Bank before coming home to work in his mother’s company, Heritage Foods, designed the ‘cash transfer’ scheme, which is part of the TDP manifesto released on Thursday.

According to the scheme, if the TDP is voted back to power in Andhra Pradesh, it will transfer cash every month to the bank accounts of all poor and middle class families. The monthly payment will made in three slabs — Rs 2,000 for families considered very poor, Rs 1,500 for the poor and Rs 1,000 for the middle class.

The plan will cover 2 crore of the 2.5 crore families in the state.

The amount would be credited to the bank account of the lady of the household every month.

TDP sources said Lokesh studied such schemes currently in implementation in several Latin American countries during his stint with the World Bank.
