Relative tablets getting over in usa, can we get any alternate medication here?

hi friends, 

Just trying to get some info.  Best and fastest way to get medicines from India to USA.  I checked garudavega and they say 5-10 days if clearancd issues lekapote.

Other option is just use visitor insurance min copay is 250$ and get alternate medicine here in USA.

Its a bp medication. 

Please share info if you know fastest way to get medicine from India.
