I'm also curious , somebody please explain , ee title (Lenders , Owners) , taxes and escrow for Property Taxes , Home Insurance etla avutundi , I'm assuming these charges will be thrown into monthly payments etc

Interest rate 2.25 % aina , APR enta avutundi , with all these? I'm sure it will add another 1% or may be I'm wrong here...

Refinancing all depends on how many more years you are planning to own the house

 

if you are planning to own more than 6 years you can try paying for closing cost

 

if plan to own less tha 5 years better go for zero closing cost options

Or 2.25%  15 years $4300 towards closing costs

2.125 better aa or 2.25?
