I never increased more than 5-7 pounds since 2012 . 128-130 range lo unta . I would tell anyone exercise for health . Happy ga tinu manchiga exercise cheyi . That’s the mantra . It can be controlled but full reversal is difficult. For them, exercise and food are means to control. Increase the proportions of fruits, veggies and fish. No salt ( natural sodium in veggies is enough ) no sugar ( replace with palm sugar in less quantities, stevia or other natural substitutes - not artificial ). Main reason I see is we are used to large portion of rice compared to vegetables. You need to flip the ratio Quote
