Answer is obvious.  Kabjas and real estate growth in those areas. But will people mind it if Hyderabad is going to get water from kaaleshwaram eventually ? Probably not.

It will destroy the green zone, but they will probably be happy with city growth as long as they are getting water from some where else.

Majority feel avvali ala em cheyyaledu ani.

Majority didn't felt like that in TG and felt in AP in last elections. You might argue reasons are different for Dora win and babori loss. But at the of the day people are not that stupid to elect someone even if they are doing so much horrible job to the scale that it is effecting their daily lives.
