AC usage taggudhi so lots of power saving for offices which itself will account to around 50-60% of power bill...

Office lo lekunte anavasaram print outs taggutaayi, paper saving etc...

Print outs , power bill, food costs, transport , security, furniture ,etc  is nothing . Main cost is the rent .

Employees ki kooda chaala time save avuthundhi , india lo 2 hours commute in worst traffic drains lot of energy from any employee . This is a rare scenario where everyone wins

india lo workout avadu man idi.. unless infrastructure improves mainfold. Yes kontha varku wfh perugutadi but it is not possible to keep teams all remote.

tcs cheppindi kuda chala smart statement which works for them not for employees. they said all employees need not be in office all time at once. they will follow rotation policy. every month one week you need to be in office antaru. so employees every month native place ki vellaru kada..they have to live in hyd or may be outskirts of hyd.

imagine an employee in tier 3 city working on a production issue with the client and looses internet connection - company will loose credibility.

Hyderabad real estate emerges most resilient, returns to normalcy faster than other cities – Report

https://www.financialexpress.com/money/hyderabad-real-estate-emerges-most-resilient-returns-to-normalcy-faster-than-other-cities-report/2061612/

Hyderabad continues to show resilience and its real estate dynamics kept up the momentum according to the JLL-CII report “Hyderabad Real Estate – A Road Map amid the COVID -19 crisis,’’ launched today. The city’s real estate performance was far better in H1 2020 as compared to other cities in India. Its formal economy was one of the first in urban India that resumed its stability as the lockdown rules were relaxed.

Despite the nationwide lockdown, in Q2 2020, Hyderabad continued to witness relatively good office leasing and residential sales. Once construction activities resumed in May 2020, the city also saw the supply of new office buildings in addition to new residential projects. Hyderabad also led India’s office supply with a 30% share in H1 2020, significantly driving the country’s office absorption with an 18% share during the same period. Further, the city reported strong sales with the least unsold inventory in India which can be offloaded within two years.

next couple yrs or so ee wfh gola continue avthundi but eventually it will be back to normal (ofcourse WFH's will continue, but more like twice a week etc or something like that)....kani 100% remote anedi mostly avvadu.

I think coming few yrs will be more like experimental but things keep changing every decade....so down the line new work culture model ravochu just like how new methodologies/technologies etc are introduced in last 2 - 3 decades. One thing is true....humans are meant to socialize...so things will evolve.

if covid becomes really worse (resurgence already started kada) and if there is no working vaccine, then next few yrs for sure WFH will continue...but if things improve with covid (vaccine or herd immunity or whatever) then paina cheppina situation ravochemo.....manam emi experts kaadu but all this is just our assumptions...nobody knows where we will be in 2022 Jan (most likely 2021 will be more or less like 2020)

Babu we have multiple fiber connection in major cities . ACT , JIO , BSNL are offering fiber optic connections even in small tier 4 cities .

As back up you always have jio  incase of storms .

Chennai has the largest amount of 1 Gb connection in the world . You are underestimating how much internet connectivity has improved last few years .

India will have better internet connectivity than USA in few years, major cities are already better than US cities
