brother....tiktok , whatsapp ki use cheyadam kaadu..... here stakes are higher, US lone appudappudu zoom calls lo bandwidth issues vastunnai, calls drop avtunnai.

internet has grown but definitely not to an extent where there is 100% reliability.

Chennai has the largest amount of 1 Gb connection in the world . You are underestimating how much internet connectivity has improved last few years .  

India will have better internet connectivity than USA in few years, major cities are already better than US cities

chennai is not a tier 2/3 city. and I think we are talking about tier 2/3 cities here.

The whole point of companies spending so much is to foster the work culture, team building etc. if you are just production support or individual contributor doesn’t matter much but anything on product development will not be the same. Also security and accountability is another factor (what is guaranteed that employee is working on multiple jobs). WFH is stop gap as the CIOs were not happy before and will not be happy in future because it creates too many headaches for them

inko 2 years untadi ee hadavidi untadi...tarvata slowly all back to normal once effective treatment or vacchine comes out.

lot of big business, politicians have vested interest in real estate of big cities , they wont let it go that easily.
