Because Indian Government doesn't protect Nationals firms like China, if it did, Flipkart would be another Alibaba.

AZ has best customer care compared to FK

Loyal user base created because of enormous cashbacks in past

Nothing comes close ATS. If ATS cannot deliver in your area they will use Indian Post (That's right..I received 2-3 orders years back) They will take order only if deliverable by any of their partners  & will not allow to order if undeliverable.

AZ is lagging only in new mobile launches..either those models fail or they are projected as failed since they are launched there & not on FK

Groceries is hot favorite for 95% indian users. Now people in villages are getting huge discounts compared to local stores.

Delivery timelines are superb. 90% of items will arrive early even in this pandemic situation (My friend confirmed it recently)

Refunds are faster than FK

amaz aim is to capture market and increase user base.

1. Amazon offers prime video. Along with other add-on services.

2. Amazon also has bigger storefront.

3. Amazon has money. Bucket loads. Marketing and sales lo flipkart beat cheyyaledu.

Flipkart has agreements with specific vendors and that helps them.

The only way to beat amazon is to provide great customer service as amazon. They will provide free service and loose money to make customer happy.

In reality amazon was loosing money till prime was released and then AWS making profits. They picked up from 2014 before that they are about to bankrupt.

You have to have balls to run company on debt.
