why Indian e-commerce unable to compete amazon?

amazon has a lot of cheap capital with it 

it is willing to operate at zero profits in exchange for jump in market share

the moment amazon reaches a renewable user base , it will look to make profits with its prime membership

unfortunately , anyone smaller  has to compete with amazon  by coughing up losses to survive, which isnt feasible unless ur ambani
