Darool islam means if Muslims are 90% they will not give any rights to any other minorities like Hindus ,Sikhs etc to build temple or pray inside their house in their countries ex Saudi ,qatar

Darool harab if they are 30% or something like that ,then they will ask for special rights in their countries like ,seperate mullah courts for marriages , minoritiy reservation etc etc

Al taqiya they will surrender with government,if govt says no to special rights if they are less than 5%,ex Australia
