let me tell from my past experience in semiconductor industry

there r so many dangerous things that needs to be maintained no matter who gives permission  its regular maintenance

so its big failure on owner n workers

hotel is completely different except the fire stuff , even in this case its due to sanitizer sprayed n caused short-circuit it seems u cannot blame doctor for this

 

sanitizer is odd thing happened due to covid , but regular industry maintenance different
