Surveillance video has emerged, showing a brazen robbery violently yanking an 85-year-old woman's purse and causing her to fall to the ground and hit her head in Downtown Chicago. The violently mugging that landed the victim at a hospital took place late Tuesday morning around near the Magnificent Mile.
