caste column should b removed from all application forms in India . Surnames must be kept with village names or something like that.  Next step is to remove caste based reservations so technically no person in India should be identified on the basis of caste (like OC,BC,SC etc)

If this happens then after 2 to 3 generations caste system will reduce in India or else not.

That’s not true. In India mostly inner places rural places has this castism , people who are much into those life styles are castiests. In cities u see many inter caste marriages. USA racism never noticed tv lo chuddame

In villages castiesm in not at toxic level (comparatively to towns)  same as in cities. Half knowledge and educated people (half knowledged) in towns are the worst. Atleast in villages caste is talked in a little less demeaning way than in towns. My grandfather once asked my friend his caste, i was shocked, but his intent was different. Once my friend told what his caste was, my grandfather said he has friends in that caste and asked if my friend is related to them (Since it is a village and everyone knows everyone).
