ramabeer Posted August 28, 2020 Author Report Posted August 28, 2020 Just now, thanks said: State your reasons 1. PMI money 2. Property taxes 3. uncertain immigration situation 4. uncertain jobs Quote
JambaKrantu Posted August 28, 2020 Report Posted August 28, 2020 The Feds announced that the interest rates are going to stay low for the next decade or so. Any country with low interest rates, property prices have sky rocketed. Look at Europe or Canada or Singapore or any other country with low interest rates. If you don't buy now you will regret down the line.. Quote

India lo 2 and 4 leva enti? Life shouldnt be stopped expecting situations not in your hand. Quote

Vaampire Posted August 28, 2020 Report Posted August 28, 2020 I bought my first home with 10% down payment and I paid PMI for one year. Almost 4k for PMI for that year. Then put up another 40k to reach 20% and changed 30yrs fixed to 5/1 arm. Nenu 20% down payment ki wait chesi untey same house ki 200k extra pettalsi vachedi. Off course everything depends on the area. If the appreciation is good, just go for it. 1 Quote
