if you want in budget there is calphalon as well....

All clad is not at all useful for Indian cooking. Experience it then you know.

I use kitchen aid steel pans.

all clad choose chesukunede teflon coating manchidi kaadu ani.

Indian cooking ki best eevi aithe. India lo steel ginne, aluminum ginne lu using kada similar to all clad kada.

they are not non stick that I know. hard anodized is little better antar Indian cooking.
