New Delhi: The governments of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Gujarat and Tamil Nadu have come forward with proposals to establish bulk-drug parks announced under the Centre's recent scheme to promote local manufacturing of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), a top government official said.
