Curs0r Posted August 30, 2020 Report Posted August 30, 2020 "This is my latest effort to show you how our moon looks through a telescope. It was done by using a telescope at 2000mm and capturing 24,000 individual photos. 4 panels with 6,000 photos each (my camera works at crazy high framerates) allowed me to take the best frames where the atmosphere disturbed the image the least and combine them, stitching together a mosaic of all the images. This allowed me to get crazy details and contrast on a relatively noise-free image. If you want to learn more about what kind of gear I use to take my photos, I put together a little youtube video walking through it. To see more of my work, links to less compressed versions, and the behind the scenes of this stuff- check out my insta @ cosmic_background" 1 Quote
dewarist Posted August 30, 2020 Report Posted August 30, 2020 I like this strategy..trying to mix up a few random things amongst the you post. Projecting yourself to be a normal poster which obviously your aren't Quote
Curs0r Posted August 30, 2020 Author Report Posted August 30, 2020 Nothing's normal in this timeline just in case you were living under a rock these past few years. You are literally watching once in a generation things unfold right in front of your eyes and saying to yourself "this too shall pass". It shall pass but not before living a large imprint on the living memory of several generations. Textbooks & tomes will be written about this period. Just watch. 4 minutes ago, dewarist said: I like this strategy..trying to mix up a few random things amongst the you post. Projecting yourself to be a normal poster which obviously your aren't Quote
