Just make him comfortable you are there to listen. Melliga he will start sharing. Mostly depression lo unnavallu already might have lost hope in people and life. Keep listening, don’t advise anything. Just listen. Pay attention. Try to see from his pov. Tell to him, good things about him, genuinely not like you are doing a favor by doing so. Quote

Does he get panic attacks ? Have anxiety , excessive fear , too much worry about future, repeated dreams about some incident which triggered him or night mares about same incident everyday ?
