Go for a small house.. thats enough..... 2500-3000sqft homes bochedu dorukutayi Frisco and Mckinney area lo around 300K.

Save the remaining money retirement acct or buy land in India.

Single income desis in Dallas who buy $600-800K homes are only doing for dallaspuram showoffs and not for real purpose or practical use.
