Hi Guys,

Do you have any ideas about Ryan homes. heard lot of negative reviews related with this builder in FB group and consumer affairs.And most of them are coming with poor quality material and low quality construction 

Does in this DB any one of you / your friends purchased home  from Ryan homes  and is that same experience. Please share your thoughts.

Yes Ryan homes is not bad at all... yes they are cheap but remember you get what you pay for... house quality bagane vuntayu... you can’t compare them with premium builders... they are on other end

NV homes . Usually Ryan pakkane untay . 
 

Disclaimer . NV homes chusaka u won’t like Ryan homes at all .

Both belong to same...NV homes is premium version and Ryan is a budget..its like toyota and lexus

Lennar  usually has more or same issues as in Ryan homes constructions
