Have some options open and ryan kantey Toll brothers and NV homes are much more premium in quality

Malvern/exton NV homes constructions start avthunnai unnai from Dec( could be expensive), add yourself to the VIP list if they are still open.

Ee direction preferences tho 1 year wasted,

1) First only east

2) East or North

3) West also works

4) anything but south

5) any direction is fine I need a home

5) finally got exact East unintentionally, didn’t even realize until closing.

Almost all builders will have same kind of reviews.. cuz u r spending 100s of thousands and u won’t be happy abt it ! Ryan home is mid size builder.. u will not have major issues but quality will be cheap.

exactly... except south prefer something else. 

Also, most of the homes built here are based on vasthu, so people just prefer facing and move on.
