Situation idi bhayya.

My sister worked in India for 4 years. US ki ragane break teeskoni Kids plan chekunnaru. 

Now she completed masters this spring. Jobs vetukutunte.... no calls/response... situation is horrible. 

Oka employer told gap might be one reason. 

 

So work experience lo gap vaste ela manage cheyyali.  resume lo ela cover cheyyali ? 

Please help.

one of my friend has zero experience but he managed that he has experience from hcl and one other company through his frnd.

Now he has full time.

In US, experience and degrees doesnt matter at all dude. Its okay to get some references and lie on resume. every one does.

@Allarinaresh10  that gap is genuine, and should not be a reason for resume not being picked up.

they can clearly see you have worked in India, and then did masters here,

vatiki dates sarigga rasi unte, its matter that needs to be changed in resume, not the gap.

hope she finds a job soon.

genuine ga unte iga ainatte...to compete with lots of genuinely pakes in the market...unneed to pake it too..so tell ur sister ..not only dates resume matter  kuda naku anni vachi thopu thurum ani pettali..tarvatha sangathi tarvatha  ..
