Sometimes you hit a plateau for few weeks , don't give up and keep following the diet . Depending on your current weight the rate of reduction varies a bit , don't give up until you hit the goal Quote

Your body initially got confused and reacted to your low carb diet .... so you reduced.. Now, your body is thinking that's the new normal .... So its not weird for it.... So will not act... Try something new again for a couple of weeks and then come back to low carb... Its like having a cheat day... Quote
