LRS G.O. for telangana help

Hi,
Few days back, Telangana govt released a g.o. where we can apply LRS for sites/plot that are not having prior LRS.

Can someone share the info or process involved for applying. 
Can we do online ?

Heard that, 600 rs per sqyrd for LRS. Not sure if it can be done online though.

That is right for more than 301 sqft/yard (sorry for not knowing measurement) its rs 600/ sq ft.

do you know the process.. can we get the forms online or anywhere it will be mentioned.
