Role:            WCS Architect/Lead
Location:     Remote
Duration:     6- 12 Months
 
•  At least 9+ years of experience in being Architect/Lead for WCS based implementations.
•  Experience in IBM WebSphere Commerce Server (WCS) Version 9.x from requirements analysis through architecture/design, development and deployment.
•  Knowledge of developing APIs and customizations of WCS 9 Headless commerce.
•  Strong Knowledge and hands on Skills expertise in one or more of the sub systems like Order, Catalog etc.
•  Strong understanding and hands on experience in WCS key concepts like REST, SOA and BOD.
•  Strong knowledge of implementing WCS 9 using APIs.
•  Experience with object oriented principles and concepts.
•  Experience with developing APIs for mobile apps would be a plus.
•  Team player, share knowledge, improve processes and develop systematic solutions to problem patterns.
•  Strong problem solving and solutions skills.
•  Take Architectural decisions for the WCS API led development.
•  Interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle.
•  Work on creating the high level design and lead architectural decisions.
