kreole Posted September 4, 2020 Report Posted September 4, 2020 This is the story briefly.. I bought something from a liquor store and was walking back to my car , a black lady pulled up next to my car and asked if i could help her with some money to buy groceries. She said she works for the government(don't remember which org) and she had her two kids in the car with her. I said "OK , let's go to the Target store near by and you can buy groceries , i ll pay the bill but please keep it under 200$". She followed me in her car to the Target store and came inside with her two kids. I told her to finish her shopping quickly and that i need to rush back home quickly for an errand but in reality i was not comfortable walking around with a stranger. She said that she needs an hour at least to complete her shopping but when i told her to be quick ,she walked out of the store and drove off. I came back home and i still feel bad about that episode sometimes. Was i wrong? Quote
