I would like to know if I can day trading (not investing for long term) while I am on h1b visa ?
If the answers is Yes then are there any restrictions/limitations?
like number of trades per day/month/year, any amount limit, any profit on share limit?

If No, will it be considered second job or any visa violation ? Did anybody received any RFE or have questioned on this ?
