Per sq yd 600 rs. Daaka undhanta lrs fee .. if plot size is more than 300sqyd or something

Usually land developers permissions apply chesi, pending lo vundagane ammutaru plots..Land conversions chesi plots ammetollu while all other permissions pending lo vunna..

ipudu land developer ae LRS pay cheyali for on going projects and obtain all permissions...apart from HMDA permissions and paying open land tax..
