Get a pixel 4a , 350$  .  Has a better camera than iphone 11 .  Should have great software support and 95% of features of top tier android phone although not as fast as high end . 

If you feel  android is not suitable to your taste , you can sell it off at 300$ easily . 

High end antey samsung galaxy versions baguntayi in USA .

America has very less options in android and costlier , back in india lot of competitive android phones .  I used to have a OnePlus 5 , amazing phone

Next Google pixel, but wait for 5.

Huawei premium phones were actually was good but its banned.

Clean android experience and less money ante Pixel 3 konukko. 4 series is really bad irrespective of price. 

If you can wait get Pixel 5 

If you use phone a lot on desktop too (like whatsapp web, messages web etc.) look in to High end samsung phones that support Dex. It is very interesting for me. 

If price is low I would have recommended OnePlus but it is almost comparable to Pixel.
