Are these actors so powerful?

Sushant singh a budding actor booked charted flight just to take his friends on holiday. There are many examples like this. If these

small time actors are so powerful then what would be the power of big actors.

One way private charter flights rental cost around 2lacs in India and one way private flight rental is 1cr approx from dubai to mumbai. 

That's not a huge amount for popular actors. Sonu sood has been into films since 20 years atleast now. He would have earned alot. Also, Sushant had few superhits in his kitty which would have made him earn remuneration in crores.
