VRO recomend cheyakapothey, MRO emi cheyadu as per present system...land records update, title transfers or even village lo oka illu kattukunna kuda...VRO verification is the first step..

MRO dobbi tine lancham motham collect chesedi VRO ae...VRO 's are marketing guys and collection agents for bigger sharks...they have update information on happenings..these people feed the bigger people in the system.

Cancelling patwari system without any alternative resulted in so many issues.

This has been in the planning for a while now...remember the telangana samagra survey...and first rythu bandhu list, oka 2 years la almost 80% identify chesinaru actual beneficiaries ni...however, 20% inka kirkiri lo ne vunayi..

Land mutation and registration is biggest the scam esp double registrations, selling same land to multiple people, loans from the banks are the classic cases og fraud. The mutation is with vro

for example, oka village lo evariki entha land vundi anedi okka patwari degara vuntunde...on a note pad.
